خليج جيمس (بالفرنسية: Baie James)، هو مسطح مائي ضخم على الطرف الجنوبي لخليج هدسون، كندا.[1][2][3] يمتد كلا المسطحين المائيين من المحيط المتجمد الشمالي. وهو الجزء الواقع في أقصى جنوب المحيط المتجمد الشمالي. يحده مقاطعات كيبك واونتاريو؛ الجزر الموجودة داخل الخليج (أكبرها جزيرة أكيميسكي) هي جزء من نونافوت. مستجمع خليج جيمس هو موقع للكثير من المشروعات المائية، ويعتبر أيضاً من وجهات الترفيه.
